Equipment very good condition.
Accommodation generally very good except second last night (bathroom in cupboard and limited opportunity to visit to town in evening).
Meals all excellent with third last evening the BEST (excellent presentation, meal and detail of services)
Experience was excellent and would recommend your Company to anyone wanting to bike tour in Europe and would use your company again - service was excellent .

Unsere Radreise hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Betreuung und das Essen in den Hotels waren sehr gut.
Auch bei unserer Ankunft in Brunnik war alles gut vorbereitet: die Fahrräder standen in der Garage und das Kartenmaterial mit Navi wurde beim Einchecken gleich übergeben.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden!!

We vonden het een heel aangename vakantie!De meeste aanwijzingen van de fietspunten waren goed zichtbaar maar soms stonden ze niet in de rijrichting en waren we er voorbij gefietst!Het zou ook handig zijn indien we een lijst ter beschikking hadden van de plaatselijke horeca op onze route!Vooral bij regen weer kun je dan inschatten hoe ver je nog moet fietsen.Maar anders was het heel positief en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Graag een beetje commentaar bij onze zeer geslaagde fietsvakantie ‘friese steden en meren’. Hotelaccomodatie gevarieerd, van modern en sjiek tot bejaard en gezellig. Overal zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, leuk personeel waar je makkelijk een babbel kan mee slaan, vrijgevig met informatie. Het halfpensionarrangement is zeker een voltreffer. Je hoeft, moegefietst, niet meer op zoek naar een restaurant (zeker als je een dag in de regen gefietst hebt is dat mooi meegenomen). [...]

Die Rad-Tour Utrecht-Amsterdam-Zaandtvort-Gouda-Utrecht war sehr schön, tolle Landschaft, schöne Städte, optimale Hotel's mit super freundlichem Personal, die ganze Organisation reibungslos, also alles bestens.

Our holiday was perfect, very nice country side, very nice food and lodging, we wont hesitate to recommend your organization.  The gps was, for a few times very useful!

We enjoyed the tour. The wind on the first couple of days wasn't helpful, but that not something you can control!
We got lost a couple of times, but I think that was mainly our map reading, not your instructions!
Accommodation & breakfasts were good. We were impressed with the bike roads/paths network across the country.

...We are back in Amsterdam and enjoyed our tour in spite of the ever changing weather. The bikes were great however we found an issue with our GPS on the leg from Delft to Gouda. The GPS took us to about two blocks away from the hotel,we did find it with the help of some locals. When we left the next morning the GPS had a circle route taking us around the city centre and back to our origanal spot. [...]

...We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the tour. If only you could have provided better weather!  Actually it wasn't too bad - we managed to avoid biking in the rain most of the time.I think if there was any room for improvement it was on our night in Zaander. The hotel was lovely but we felt like there was really nothing to see or do in the immediate area.  We went to bed early and did our sightseeing in Zaanse Shans early the next morning. [...]
